Terms and Conditions

 All item delivered will be as, or as near as, those shown on display (any narration given on specific product details will take preference). Depending upon availability of flowers from market sources at time of preparation, substitution of content may be necessary. In this event, colour theme will take preference and full order value will be observed. Delivery will take place on day requested - however - only Funeral orders can specify a timed delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Every effort will be made to deliver am or pm, whichever is asked for, however, adverse conditions, road restrictions, local holidays or any unforeseen event may affect timings. Under normal conditions, deliveries will be made within 2-3hrs of order receipt.

It is Senders responsibility to ensure that delivery will not be frustrated e.g. incorrect address / vacant premises and, where address is controlled by security entrance or by any other means whereby direct access is denied and / or notification of attempted delivery cannot be made (i.e. no postal access) - a telephone contact number must be given on order details. Where direct access can be had but no response got, a re delivery card will be left requesting contact. If no response had from contact telephone number or to re delivery request - within 24hrs, this will be considered as a frustrated delivery. Any request made to have order cancelled, due to any of the foregoing, will be credited with 50% of order value only.

Orders placed for delivery to any of the excess areas - as noted on Home Page - must have the excess charge added to order. Any order received for these areas without the additional charge having been added will have the current 'excess' amount deducted from order value. This action may result in an alternative product being delivered, however, colour request will be observed. Recipients telephone contact number must be given for all areas outwith City Limits otherwise delivery will be accepted as "at senders risk".

Order placed via website will have an auto generated report issued to confirm order placement has been made, however, only on direct confirmation being issued by ourselves will order be accepted for execution. Any electronic payments made on orders which are then rejected, will be cancelled immediately.

Any dispute with flower content and / or condition must be advised to us within a maximum of 48hrs from receipt of same - due to the perishable nature of these products. Where flower deliveries are made to 'third party addresses'  - Hospitals, place of work or to anywhere else that will involve excessive handling, long term unattendance and / or further transportation - will be accepted by both sender and recipient as an 'at risk' delivery.

Any Credit/Debit card which, when presented for payment, is returned as declined will terminate order.

Attention

Note that flowers and foliages are not edible and that all reasonable care must be taken to ensure that pets and children do not have easy access to these products and that children are especially instructed as to the possible adverse effects of eating either.

All purchased arranged flowers must be placed on a mat or similar protection to prevent any possible water spillage or leakage directly onto furnishings.
